Another season, another end-of-season weapon skin and Drive Score grind... Was it worth it? I'd say so.

Yes, I did end up grinding competitive again, and only regretting it half as much. This time I did the grind in Stadium Competitive, which was far more bearable even though the games were longer. Despite the games being longer, winning bumped me up FAST for Drive Score, and I ended up fully completing the bar to 4000 for the first time in a season. Last time, I came close, but I wasn't quite lucky enough.

I played almost exclusively Support, but I'm happy to say that I do think my skills in this game are getting better. I was able to make good call-outs that led my friends and I to victory, and swapping between characters proved to be a boon once I got the hang of builds and how they worked. I really enjoy Juno's "Bee Sting" build, which centers around her Pulsar Torpedo ability with healing reduction inflicted onto the enemy team.

(I do have to give a special shoutout to Moira. Moira carried me a lot in the last few games. Mercy and the other supports are fun and phenomenal in this game mode, but Moira won us several games in a row. I also think I enjoy playing her a lot...)

But I'm looking forward to Season 19. Torbjorn and Sojourn may be on the roster for Stadium, which will make my existence as a Support main miserable, but you know who ELSE is coming to Stadium in Season 19???

No, I don't have a problem.

I cannot wait to pocket all of the Hazard mains in Stadium and stare at that man while I get shot out of the sky. 10/10, I absolutely asked for this experience.

(So, Blizzard, let's talk. Why is Hazard not getting a skin in S19? HMM? I'M WAITING.)

There was one thing I did not like about Season 18: It was 2 weeks shorter than the last. Nine weeks was perfect for me to grind the battlepass, and I don't really like the fact that it was only 7 weeks this run. I'd prefer if Seasons were a bit more consistent with their runtime.

Also, I want that twink Wuyang obliterated.
